Yemen – Anticipation for resuming the LNG project in Balhaf.

Although the province of Shabwa is rich in mineral resources, including oil, which is the mainstay of the largest economic projects in the province, such as the LNG project, which is the largest economic and investment project in Yemen, but the repercussions of the war in Yemen affected these projects. Today, following security arrangements in the province by Shabwa’s elite forces, a Yemeni government official expects to complete the process of securing the Balhaf gas port and resuming the project due to its economic importance.
