Syria – Special Needs Center in Qamishli

Qamishli – Syria 2018/1/13 

The Center for People with Special Needs in Al-Qamishli City, started receiving deaf and mute people, as well as people suffering from autism, mental retardation and hyperactivity to provide them with the necessary care and rehabilitation. The center is considered the only rehabilitation center for persons with disabilities in the city.
