Syria – Deir Al-Zour civil council meets with tribe leaders to restructure the council

The Civil Council of the city of Deir Al-Zour met with the dignitaries and sheikhs of Al-Raqqa in Alsuwar town in the eastern countryside of Deir Al-Zour city, in order to identify the work of the Council and its restructuring and to include the majority of the tribes and dignitaries who have the skills and experience to engage in the work of the Council in these areas.
