Libya – People of Sirte demand paying attention to their suffering

A number of people of the city of Sirte took part in a protest in front of the city hall to highlight their suffering. They called on governments and the municipal council to pay attention to the people who suffer from destitution, winter cold, lack of liquidity and expensive rents. Participants held signs reading: “The Government of National Accord does not pay attention to the suffering of the people of Sirte,” and ” Why didn’t the people of Sirte get a compensation or rent allowance.”
