European second hand clothing markets in the city of Sulaymaniyah in the Kurdistan region are experiencing a recovery due to the continuing financial crisis, low incomes and unemployment. Citizens tend to buy used European clothes as a result of the high prices of new clothes, in addition to the poor economic conditions that have cast a shadow over living conditions of citizens.
