Palestine : The activities of the 16-day campaign to combat violence against women begin in Gaza

Hundreds of women, representatives of Palestinian NGOs and civil society organizations participated in a solidarity demonstration in the center of Gaza City in the framework of the 16 day campaign to eliminate violence against women and the project to promote democracy and building the capabilities of local organizations. The participants called on the international community to work towards ending all forms of violence against women, especially the attacks by Israeli forces, ending the division and achieving national unity
