Iraq: Academics demand the federal government to abide by the provisions of the Iraqi constitution.

An elite of Kurdish academics and specialists demanded the need to review the extent of the commitment of the Iraqi federal government to the Constitution, especially with regard to the rights of the Kurdistan region to ensure a solution for the outstanding problems between Erbil and Baghdad.
