Syria – A plan to bring life back to Raqqa

The Civil Council of the city of Raqqa started implementing the “quick response plan” to bring life back to the city, which is represented by removing mines and lifting the rubble and activating power plants, water networks and furnaces, as well as giving people the opportunity to start land cultivation.
