Syria: Municipal stadium prisons, a witness to ISIS practices

The municipal stadium, the security prison or the black stadium are the names of ISIS’s security prison, which was considered one of the most important prisons in Raqqa. It is an evidence of ISIS practices in torturing anyone who violates their laws and regulations. Despite the destruction of the stadium, the place still carries memories of violations which will not be erased from the minds of the people of Raqqa.
