Iraqi Air forces celebrate 23rd anniversary and their achievements against ISIS.
The Iraqi air defense forces are celebrating the 23rd anniversary of its foundation with the presence of the Iraqi minister of Defense Khaled Alobaidy as he confirmed the coordination with international coalition to fight against ISIS and protect Iraq from all terrorist groups.
The Iraqi air defense forces celebrated their 23rd anniversary in Baghdad with the presence of the Iraqi Minister of Defense Khaled Alobaidy along with many officials in the air force. In his word during the celebration, he mentioned the achievements of the Iraqi air forces in protecting Iraq from the terrorist air strikes as well as controlling of the military and commercial aviation in the country.
The Air force performed an air show with a participation of the military air defense and their machineries to reflect their abilities, and there was also a sky diving event and flying of one of the drones as well.
The minister of defense confirmed the importance of the cooperation between the Iraqi forces and International coalition jets on ground and air especially after carrying 5000 air sorting against ISIS.
