Iraq : Syrian refugees create a musical band in Erbil

The poor conditions of asylum did not prevent the young Syrian refugee Riyad Othman from achieving his dream. He held on to his academic specialty and his passion for the music and he chose to face the daily challenges. He founded a musical band made of Syrian refugees in Erbil and called it “Tenour Band” which mixed eastern and western music and they play Folklore and heritage songs to give joy to people
