Syria – Deputy commander of the international coalition forces against ISIS visits Raqqa Civil Council.

Robert Jones, deputy commander of the international coalition forces against ISIS, a group of military and civilian experts visited Raqqa Civil Council in the town of Ain Issa in the province of Raqqa to discuss the humanitarian situation in the province and how to coordinate the service of the people of Raqqa city to work on the reconstruction of villages and towns that have been liberated from the organization recently, and this is the first visit to Jones and it is a recognition of the legitimacy of Raqqa civil council.
