The atmosphere in the Turkish city of Istanbul was full of celebrations on New Year’s Eve, as entertainment activities were held on the Bosporus Bridge, that separates the continents of Asia and Europe, for citizens and tourists to welcome the new year.
Turkish citizens told A24 that for the new year, they wish security, safety and happiness. Arab tourists in Istanbul told A24 they wish for stability in their home countries, an end to wars and economic crises, and better living conditions.
