Syria – Military Council Forces hand over manbij villages to the Syrian army

The official spokesman for Manbij Military Council Forces, Shirvan Darwish, stated in an exclusive interview with Arab 24 that the Syrian government border guards spread out on the front line with the Shield of the Euphrates forces, according to the recent agreement with Russia.
