Libya – People of Sirte return under intense security measures

400 families began returning to their homes in the “neighborhood 700” in Sirte after its it was fully liberated from the grip of ISIS, in accordance with a mechanism established by Sirte operation room, where a military commission was formed to supervise the residents’ return to the city.
