The British Cultural Council launched an arts and culture exhibition entitled “Challenges and successes,” in cooperation with a number of local Palestinian institutions and ministries, the exhibition consisted of forty talented artists and was held at the Red Crescent headquarters in Al Birah, as part of the “Arts for the Disabled” program.
