Iraq – Celebrating Iraqi Inventor Day

A ceremony was held in Baghdad today to celebrate the Iraqi Inventor Day and the first anniversary of establishing the inventors forum, in the presence of the Minister of Planning, Salman al-Jumaili, and Mr. Mahdi Allaq the secretary-general of the Iraqi cabinet and a number of specialists. The inventors’ forum aims to support the Iraqi innovators to present their inventions and achievements to the public institutions and the private sector, and to establish a database of patent details and information about the inventors
