Iraq: A seminar on ISIS methods and using children in bombing operations

A seminar was held at the University of Baghdad on ISIS methods and using children in bombing operations. The seminar was attended by a number of officials in the field of education, psychologists, and social workers, where they discussed many issues, most importantly ISIS recruiting children for suicide bombing operations they carry out from time to time.
