Iraq: US gives Iraq a loan for reconstruction

Iraq signed a loan agreement with the United States worth a billion dollars with a low-interest, which facilitates financing for another loan worth billion dollars without a guarantee from the US government. Economists said that this loan mean that the United States trusts the Iraqi government, and this is a signal to the international community that the Iraqi economy will improve in the future.
