Syria- Establishment of a civil council to return life to Manbej city

Manbej – Northern Aleppo Countryside – North Syria 4/1/2017

SDF established a civil council in Manbej city, in Aleppo northern countryside, after its liberation from ISIS in order to form service institutions that help residents and provide necessary services and needs to the people in order to return life to normal in the city.
