Syria – American armored vehicles take part in military exercises in Deir Ez-Zor for the first time

132

For the first time, American armored vehicles arrived in Deir Ez-Zor Governorate, dominated by the Syrian regime forces and Iran. The military convoy, which included a lot of American vehicles from the international coalition, traveled to the northwestern countryside of Deir Ez-Zor, near Bir Hassyan town, to conduct its military exercises. The American forces employed the weapons installed on the Bradley vehicles in the exercises, as well as to the TOW and Milan missiles that struck the targets in the nearby hills. The military exercises were held in an area near the areas controlled by the Syrian regime forces, Iranian militias, and Russian forces, west of the Euphrates River.
