The Constituent Assembly of the federal democracy issued at its meetings held in the city of Rmelan, Hasaka province, northern Syria in December 27-28-29, the final political document of the content of their decisions, where the Council revealed the results of their meeting and the principles agreed upon during a statement at a news conference.
