Libya- Educational initiatives defying the war in Ubari

Normalcy returned to life in Ubari, southern Libya, after two years of clashes and fighting between Toubou and Tuareg tribes which resulted in dozens of deaths on both sides and disrupted the life in the city and led to the migration of its population, this came after a nearby city tribe “Alhasawneh” proposed and implemented a peace and a cease fire agreement.
