Yemen- People with special needs celebrate their International day in Aden

The disabled Welfare Fund systems and 20 charities in Aden organized a celebration for the the International Day of the people with special needs which is celebrated on December 3 of each year, and it came under the slogan “partners in the development .. my disability will not hinder my creativity”, and the goal of the ceremony is to raise the morale of the disabled and display their creations
