Sweet “Kunafa” heritage mastered by Palestinians in Gaza

Ramallah or Gaza Kunafa is just different naming for the dessert known in the Palestinian coast especially in Gaza.

Arabic Gaza Kunafa is one of the famous sweets of Gaza and there are various types with cinnamon and Walnut, Ramallah Kunafa, Gaza Kunafa and grouts Kunafa are only naming of the famous sweet of Palestine specifically in Gaza.

Kunafa contains many healthy constituents where sugar is replaced with honey and olive oil with very good outcomes on the body. A tray of Kunafa is made in birthdays and family reunions to celebrate special occasions.
