Iraq – US defense secretary discusses Mosul’s liberation process with Barzani.

US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter arrived in Erbil on Sunday evening from Baghdad, where he was received by Barzani the President of Kurdistan in Erbil’s airport, and after the reception ceremony Carter rewarded four members of the Peshmerga forces with a medal of courage on behalf of the Peshmerga forces for their heroic acts in the battles against ISIS.
