Iraq: Radioactive material detected in eastern Baghdad

Chairman of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Dr. Riad Al Addad detected radioactive materials in Al Kasra and Atash area eastern the Iraqi capital, Baghdad. He said that a joint team was formed of the security forces and the Ministry of Science and Technology and the center of radiation protection in addition to the provincial council to contain the radiation and provide funds to address the problem
