Iraq: Anbar Province Infrastructure Totally Destroyed

The Governor of Anbar’s Province said the entire Province’s infrastructure was in total ruins. In an interview with Arab24, Mr. Sahib Rawi, said neither the local budget nor that of the Federal government were sufficient to even begin the rebuilding of the area.
