Zebari Clarifies why displaced people are not returning to their liberated areas
Dundar Zebari head of Commission to respond to international reports in the Kurdistan Region Government held a press conference to answer the report of American Ministry of foreign affairs of 2014 regarding situation of human rights in Iraq and Kurdistan region clarifying the reason behind why the displaced has not returned yet to their liberated regions.
Dundar Zebari head of Commission to respond to international reports in the Kurdistan Region Government held a press conference regarding situation of human rights in Iraq and Kurdistan region clarifying the reason behind why the displaced has not returned yet to their liberated regions which is for safety reason since ISIS is carrying random attacks on these liberated areas.
On another side, Zebari confirmed the care of Kurdistan government institutes to strengthen the rule of law adding that they don’t have any militias and their security forces are within three institutions which is Police, Security and Peshmerga.
