Iraq – A university student in Sulaymaniyah gives away 8,000 books for free

In an initiative to encourage people to read for the first time in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, the university student “Mabsat Abbas” gave away 8000 books on different topics for free, to leave a cultural print on his city. “Abbas” is a third-year student at the University of Sulaymaniyah, in the Department of Mathematics, and in his initiative, the choice of choosing the book is left to the people in front of the university presidency in the Chamchamal district, Sulaymaniyah governorate.
