Prime Minister of the Kurdistan region Nechirvan Barzani received the US Minister of Defense Ashton Carter on Sunday in Erbil coming from the Iraqi capital Baghdad, Carter is scheduled to be holding meetings with senior officials in Kurdistan during his current official visit.
