Cambodia – Scavenger repairs his village street at his own expense as a kind of charity

In his initiative to do charity and with the help of his wife, the scavenger, Heang Soch, has repaired a 120-meter-long street at his own expense in Chong Bangkol Village, Bek Chan Commune, Kandal Province, where he lives with his wife. Villagers stated that they are happy about the street which was flooded with water and poor for driving their vehicles smoothly on, but now they can walk on it due to the favor of Soch.
