Myanmar – Displaced people hide in caves fearing the aircrafts’ shelling

Displaced people, northern Karen state, eastern Myanmar, live in fear and terror as a result of the Myanmar Air Force’s ongoing shelling of their homes in the state, situated along the border between Thailand and Myanmar. Karen State hosts about 12,000 displaced people and recently reports stated that about 3 thousand displaced persons have fled to Thailand escaping the successive airstrikes launched by the Myanmar army on this area.
