The President of the Qatari National Committee for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, Ambassador Mohammed Al-Emadi held a press conference to declare the details of a lump sum donation in the amount of thirty-one million Qatari dinars, ready for dissemination among civilians in Gaza and not military.
