Palestine- Israel attempts to dodge its legal responsibilities of providing Covid vaccines to Palestinians

Human Rights Organization member, Ammar Al-Deek, stated that Israel is dodging its legal responsibilities towards the Palestinians in providing Covid vaccines, including the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza. He added that it is the duty of Israel in compliance with international law to extend the term of the 1949 Geneva Convention, which guarantees protection of property and citizens and offers access to education, health, and knowledge to the occupied people, which corresponds to the Palestinian conditions. Since the inception of the pandemic last March, until December 18, Palestine has recorded 153,000 cases of the virus, 141,000 recovery, and 1,741 deaths.
