Iraq: Baghdad Operational Command to Reopen the Republic Bridge in central Baghdad

Baghdad Operational Command reopened on Saturday the Republic Bridge in central Baghdad to ease traffic movement after it was shut for one year. The bridge near Tahrir square has witnessed fierce clashes between protestors and security forces during 2019 October uprising, killing hundreds.
