Jordan – Protest in front of French embassy in the Jordanian capital, Amman
Amman- Jordan 27/10/202
Many citizens, on Tuesday afternoon, carried out a protest near the French embassy in the Jordanian capital, Amman. They protest against the offense issue by the French President against Islam and the publication of offensive pictures of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The participants in the stand chanted slogans calling for French products boycott, stressing that the activists’ calls came to express their refusal to offend the Messenger (PBUH) and to send a message to the French government that Muslims do not stand idly by to insult their religious symbols. The presence of large Jordanian security forces prevented the participants from approaching the French embassy building, as well as the closure of all roads leading to the embassy.
