Jordan: The Jordanian Armed Forces: A Reaction in the Chemical Substance inside one of the Mortar Fillings was Behind the Explosion

The General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces stated that an explosion took place in   mortar munitions depot at dawn today, in an isolated and uninhabited area- Al-Tafih near the city of Zarqa. The blast was confined to material damages with no casualties. Preliminary investigations indicated that high temperatures were behind the explosion which triggered a reaction in the chemical substance inside one of the mortar fillings.
