Syria – M4 international road opens to civilians and commercial traffic

Russian forces opened the International Road (M4) from the Iraqi border to Aleppo, passing through Hasaka governorate to civilians and movement and trade, after coordinating with the Turkish side not to be exposed to convoys of civilians using the international road, where the second convoy of civilian vehicles and a passenger bus came out of the west of the city of Tal Tamer on the international road towards the town of Ain Issa, where the control of the Turkish army and opposition factions on the International Road M4 ends, the Russian and Turkish sides agreed to escort Russian convoys of civilians on the international road, so that two convoys will be launched daily at 7:00 a.m., one from Tal Tamer towards Ain Issa and the other coming from Ain Issa to Tal Tamer, as the American forces are stationed in the town of Tal Tamer to explore the conditions and courses of the convoys.
