Syria – Syria forms a committee to monitor file of detainees and kidnappers

The Democratic Council of Syria, during a press conference held in the city of Qamishli in the province of Al-Hasakah in northeastern Syria, announced on Saturday the formation of a committee to follow up the file of detainees and kidnappers in Syria, the Council called on all parties on Syrian soil to release all of them and reveal the fate of the missing and forcibly disappeared persons, the Council also appealed to the international community to assume its responsibilities towards the detainees of ISIS fighters and to conduct courts for them.
