Iraq – after tightening the procedures and sanctions…Baghdad’s streets are empty

The Iraqi authorities have taken strict measures after witnessing several breaches of the curfew imposed by the government several days ago, with the aim of preventing the outbreak of the coronavirus in the country, especially with concerns in a country that is suffering from a chronic shortage of medical equipment, medicines and hospitals, the government imposed a fine and confiscated vehicles of those who violate the curfew except for necessity and to buy basic necessities and those who are authorized of going out.
