Palestine – The International Criminal Court prepares to investigate Israeli war crimes

The International Criminal Court has announced a full investigation into allegations of war crimes in the Palestinian territories, the Chief Prosecutor of the Court confirmed that she is convinced that war crimes had been committed or are being committed in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip. Issam Younis, commissioner-general of the Independent Commission for Human Rights in Gaza, said this step is very important in achieving the desired justice, calling on the decision makers in Palestine to prepare well for the international investigation.
