Iraq- Iran tries to export its international differences to the fields of popular demonstrations
Baghdad – Iraq 06/12/2019
After Iraqi popular demonstrations revealed the extent of Iranian interference in Iraqi politics, Tehran is seeking to draw attention to it and turn it to other parties such as the United States, Saudi Arabia and other countries who have been accused by the revolutionary guard commander, Major General Hussein Salami, of using those demonstrations to ignite a fire if sedition in Iraq. Observers found in the statements of the commander of the Revolutionary Guard issued recently as an Iranian attempt to transfer its differences with the United States and Saudi Arabia to the Iraqi interior to inflame the situation and create confusion between the parties seeking to distort the popular movement, on the other hand they considered that Iranian interventions in Iraq began to take on a religious and ideological character, which threatens the security and peace of the country if it succeeded in getting to the Iraqis.
