Demonstrators and activists from various Iraqi provinces flocked to Al-Haboobi Square in The City of Nasiriyah, the center of Dhi Qar province in southeastern Iraq, to support demonstrators and provide medical and logistical assistance to residents of the province after witnessing the death and injury of dozens of demonstrators in direct confrontations following an attempt by security forces to enter the city and disperse demonstrators with live bullets, it should be noted that the investigative judiciary in Iraq issued an arrest warrant and a travel ban against General Jamil al-Shammari, for issuing orders to kill demonstrators in Dhi Qar province.
