Jordan – “ISIS Lone Wolves” await to Terrorize Jordanians

An attack with w combat weapon carried out by a young man on a number of foreign tourists in the ancient city of Jerash, north of the Jordanian capital Amman, has observers’ fears about the recurrence of terrorist operations carried out by the so-called “lone wolves” supporting ISIS, although the results of investigations with the attacker have not yet been revealed, experts in Islamist groups are not ruling out the existence of sleeper cells or lone wolves associated with ISIS ideologies in Jordan, despite the group’s overall declining influence as well as the recent assassination of its leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
