In light of the continuing tension in Iran-U.S. relations, Iran is trying to consolidate its domestic front by negotiating with Iranian opposition parties based in the Northern Iraqi Kurdistan Region, out of fear that the United States of America will exploit the deteriorating economic situation inside the country. and ends up supporting the opposition, the latest of these negotiations took place in the Norwegian capital Oslo organized by the Norwegian Center for Conflict Resolution between representatives of the Iranian government and four Kurdish opposition parties following the threat to attack their headquarters, in addition to the constant pressure on them by the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq to enter into negotiations it also put these parties between the hammer of the Iranian regime, which is trying to prevent those parties from being dragged behind the U.S. administration, as well as a pressure from the Iraqi Kurdistan Government, which does not want any tension with Tehran.
