Yemen – After killing leader Madna Security Belt forces continue carrying out their operation to hunt down the remaining Al Qaeda remnants

The security Belt forces in cooperation with the Rapid Intervention Forces continue to carry out their operation to hunt down the remaining Al Qaeda remnants in Abyan Governorate, south Yemen, as part of the stringent security plan to restore security and stability and purge the governorate of remnants of Al Qaeda, the last of these operations  resulted in the killing of an Al Qaeda senior leader named Fahmi Mansour Madna,  in the directory of Al Wadi’  in Abyan, who was involved in the bombing of a funeral in the city of Jaar in 2012, which resulted in more than 50 civilians being harmed either dead or wounded.
