Under slogan “Managing new cooperation policies”, the king of Jordan Abduallah II started the World Economic Forum on Middle East and North Africa Davos 2019 at King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre in the Dead Sea. Participants in the forum include several presidents and world leaders, around 1000 businessmen, politicians, corporate heads, as well as UN, international, economic, development and financial organizations, in addition to civil society representatives from 50 countries. The 2-day forum addresses the economic challenges facing countries, as well as finding solutions and ideas to new means that are more comprehensive and cooperative to deal with mutual challenges, in addition to studying the big investment opportunities in the Arab world that could create job opportunities and mitigate unemployment in the region. The forum also addresses peace and conflicts in the region, in addition to addressing the situation of the Middle East ina global perspective. The World Economic Forum is an opportunity to meet world leaders, economists and politicians from various countries.
