The Democratic Autonomous Administration in Amuda, Hasakeh, north-east of Syria, appealed to the international community and the UN to establish an international court in the area, in order to put the detained ISIS members on trial for carrying out several war crimes against humanity. Around 5000 ISIS members are detained, while their wives and children are in Al-Houl camp east of Hasakah. The co-chief of the Legislative Council, Hakam Khallo, stated that a plan will be put forward for ISIS prisoners, whether they were fighters or civilians, adding that they have asked the countries that have ISIS prisoners to hand them over so they can be put on trials and then get reintegrated into the society.
