Intercontinental Hotel – Amman – Jordan 05/02/2019
The Yemeni government representatives and Houthis started a new round of discussions in Jordan’s capital Amman that will last for three days in order to discuss the means for implementing the prisoner exchange agreement between both sides. UN envoy for Yemen Martin Griffith and the President of International Committee of the Red Cross Peter Maurer joined the meeting with the Yemeni government representatives and Houthis at a hotel in Jordan’s capital Amman in order to supervise both sides as they finish the last touches and move to the stage of releasing the prisoners. Reference should be made that the two sides held the first round of discussions about the prisoner exchange during the middle of last month in Amman.
